For the start of training on 01.09.2026 for our Helios Clinic at the Northeim site, we are looking for you to train as an anesthesia technical assistant / ATA (m/f/d).
What you can expect
- A three-year apprenticeship, which is divided into a school-based and practical part, with the school-based part taking place at the Salzgitter training center
- Assisting in the preparation, monitoring and aftercare of anesthesia and assisting our patients on their way to the recovery room
- Preparing medication for anesthesia
- Learning how to correctly reprocess and dispose of anesthesia materials
- You will be involved in the organization and coordination of work processes in the OR
What you bring with you
- You have a secondary school leaving certificate with two years of vocational training, an intermediate school leaving certificate or a (technical) high school diploma
- Ideally, you have already completed an internship at a hospital
- You have an interest in medicine and technology and a high level of concentration combined with a persistent way of working
- You are characterized by your commitment, reliability and ability to work in a team
- You want to work in a great future profession and enjoy helping people
- Legally required proof of immunization against measles
