To support our continued growth, we are looking for you as an AI Specialist (m/f/d) who, with systematic thinking and technical understanding, will meaningfully combine specialized tools such as CAD evaluations, simulations, ERP systems, and databases with LLM-based applications. In this role, you won't be designing prompt UIs or chatbots, but rather developing sophisticated, robust information flows and interfaces that offer our customers real added value. If

• Identification and analysis of third-party tools whose results should be integrated into LLM applications
• Design and implementation of robust interfaces and pipelines for transferring this information to LLM systems
• Design of LLM-augmented interfaces where users are guided rather than prompted
• Extraction of structured data from unstructured text, e.g., using LLM-based postprocessing
• Collaborate with backend, ML, and product teams to create complete end-to-end flows
• Evaluation of response quality based on clearly defined benchmarks, user feedback and usage logging

Qualification

• You have completed a technical or economic degree in computer science, mathematics, physics, mechanical engineering or an alternative qualification
• You have several years of experience in working with Python and developing new machine learning models
• You have in-depth knowledge of APIs and data modeling
• Experience with OpenAI, LLama, LangChain or similar toolkits is an advantage
• You have a good knowledge of German and live in Nuremberg or the surrounding area
