Job Responsibilities/Objectives

We are looking for construction manager in Nuremberg to strengthen our client's project as soon as possible . With them, you can expect exciting leadership and coordination tasks:

• You will be responsible for construction management for fibre-optic house connections as well as civil engineering and surface work on private property and public roads
• You pay attention to compliance with quality standards, occupational safety and legal requirements (e.g. B. VOB, ZTVA, RSA21/MVAS99,)
• You document the construction progress and are the contact person for clients, authorities and residents
• You coordinate and monitor the crews, subcontractors and suppliers deployed on the construction site

Required Skills/Experience
The ideal candidate will have the following:

• You have completed vocational training in the civil engineering environment (e.g. civil engineering worker, road builder, pipeline builder, gardener and landscaper)
• You have knowledge of pipe and cable line construction as well as the handling of common construction machinery and construction methods
• You are confident in using construction and project management tools and document reliably
• Understanding the guidelines and quality of road works, asphalting and tarmacking

Desirable Skills/Experience
Although not essential, the following skills are desired by the client:

• Ideally, you have completed further training as a foreman, master craftsman or construction technician or have gained several years of professional experience in a management position
• Flexible with working locations projects nationwide
