Your mission will be… 

• Leverage your strong understanding of business processes to support requirement gathering, analysis and definition, translating them into scalable reporting solutions.
• Develop and optimize Power BI dashboards and reports to fulfill reporting demands.
• Design, develop, and maintain data models within Snowflake to support reporting needs.
• Continuously optimize and refine existing reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights.
• Translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations for business stakeholders 
• Collaborate with business units to understand their reporting and analytics needs 
• Provide training and guidance to business users on interpreting data and reports 
• Ensure data consistency, quality, and governance across the organization 
• Stay up-to-date on the latest business intelligence and data analytics best practices 

We are looking for someone with…

• Bachelordegree in a relevant field such as business intelligence or data analytics 
• 1 - 3 years of experience in a business intelligence or data analysis role 
• Expertise in data visualization and reporting tools like Power BI 
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with cloud data platforms like Snowflake 
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams 
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Understanding of data modeling, governance, and quality principles
