• You are responsible for maintaining, optimizing, and managing an existing FileMaker database application You design and implement new features based on customer requirements

• Your tasks also include error analysis, debugging, and performance optimization of the application

• You carefully document the solutions you develop

• In addition, you integrate FileMaker with other systems, for example via API interfaces, SQL, or web technologies

• You handle tickets in Zendesk and JIRA and work both on the backend (in English) as well as on the user interface and in internal communication
