• You will post account statements and payment advice notes both electronically and manually and carry out transfers
• In addition, you will be responsible for accounts receivable accounting including dunning, management appointment management and the reconciliation and clarification of debtor accounts
• You look after your own customer base and manage and maintain the debtor master data
• With your diligence, you process personnel matters and calculate fees
• Intercompany-accounts and take care of open items in the credit note procedure
• You are the contact person for neighbouring departments and customers
• You reliably maintain recurring postings
• You actively participate in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements as well as budget and business plans and support payment transactions

• You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship as an accountant (m/f/d) or a degree in business administration specialising in finance and accounting
• In addition, you have accounting knowledge
• Experience in accounts receivable, accounts payable and/or general ledger accounting
• you have a sound knowledge of financial accounting as well as tax and commercial law
• with your confident handling of common accounting programmes such as DATEV, SAP or similar, you are well prepared
• fluent written and spoken German and a good command of English (desirable) round off your profile
