Strengthen our Assessment Operations Team in 40 hrs./week as Junior Assessment Tool Operation Specialist (m/f/d) within Germany remotely or at one of our office locations.

This role focuses on managing and optimizing digital exam platforms while ensuring seamless user experience and operational excellence.

Your tasks

• Manage and support digital exam tools to ensure smooth execution of written assessments

• Improve operational workflows by identifying inefficiencies and implementing scalable solutions

• Ensure high-quality standards with a strong focus on user satisfaction and system reliability

• Take ownership of tasks and drive continuous process improvements independently

• Maintain and optimize databases and systems to support exam operations
