As a Microsoft 365 Administrator (m/f/d) , you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our Microsoft 365 environment. You will ensure stability, security, and performance, provide support during migrations, and drive the further development of our M365 services.

Your tasks

• Organization and administration of the M365 tenant with a focus on Teams and EntraID
• Support customer migrations and efficiently solve technical challenges
• Optimize the operational stability and performance of Microsoft 365 services
• Analyze and process support requests in 2nd level service
• Collaborate with other IT teams to further develop and improve M365 services

Your profile

• Several years of solid experience in the administration of Microsoft 365 and related services
• Experience in using PowerShell and performing M365 migrations
• Knowledge of Active Directory, multi-factor authentication (MFA), and mobile device management (MDM) with Intune is desirable
• Business fluent German and a structured and solution-oriented approach to work
