A Snapshot of Your Day 
As Product Manager (f/m/d) for Steam Turbine Service, you will play a key role in shaping and advancing our service offerings. You will have a specific focus on the industrial steam turbines that is covered by our German product competence centre (PCC SDE) and its legacy fleet. Your responsibilities include driving R&D and innovation tailored to steam turbine service products, managing budgets, and ensuring alignment with our strategic goals. 
In a cross-functional perspective you will collaborate closely with global teams to transform technical solutions into market-ready service products, ensuring their successful commercialization. Engaging with marketing and sales, you will launch new service solutions, to make sure we communicate our value proposition. Your role is pivotal in maintaining and developing our steam turbine service portfolio, identifying market trends, and ensuring seamless communication across the organization.
How You’ll Make an Impact 

• Lead R&D projects focused on steam turbine service, mainly for the SDE-frame and it´s legacy fleet, managing budgets and aligning with strategic goals.
• Transform technical solutions into market-ready service products and evaluate possible business models through cross-collaboration.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales to launch new steam turbine service products globally.
• Support portfolio management by identifying gaps and trends in the steam turbine service portfolio.
• Develop communication channels to improve transparency and information flow within the organization.

What You Bring

• Degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, or a related technical field
• Many years of experience with steam turbines and a strong preference for experience with SDE-frame and legacy units.
• Cross experience in some of the areas field service, sales, project management, and/or engineering in connection to steam turbine-technology is desirable.
• Ability to work independently with overall responsibility and drive projects/teams based on leadership.
• Innovative and customer-focused approach, with a willingness to travel for customer interactions and trade shows.
• Proficiency in English (other language skills are a plus), with the ability to translate technical details into commercial clarity.
