Job description
- You take over the operational and strategic management of the purchasing department and lead your team with vision and responsibility
- You ensure material availability in terms of quality, and costs and initiate targeted escalation measures in the event of deviations
- You are independently responsible for calculations and the evaluation of savings potential to achieve target prices
- You optimise stock movements and costs with a clear view toYou optimise stock movements and costs with a clear eye for efficiency
- You develop existing suppliers and identify new regional partners as required
- You are responsible for designing and negotiating framework orders
- You act as an interface between product management, development and sales and ensure a smooth and efficient process, development and sales and ensure a smooth flow of information
- you continuously optimise internal purchasing processes and are responsible for inventory development
- you report directly and transparently to the management
Requirements
- You have successfully completed a degree in purchasing, logistics, supply chain management, business administration or a comparable qualification
- You have several years of professional experience in technical purchasing, electronics or in materials management in industrial production
- Experience in the digitalisation of operational processes and in the data analysis of purchasing KPIs is an advantage for you
- Very good German skills (at least C1 level) and good English skills (at least B2 level) characterise your strong communication skills
- You are confident in using MS Office and ERP systems
- Negotiation skills, cost awareness, assertiveness and a real "hands-on" mentality characterise you
- You have initiative, goal-oriented communication and leadership skills as well as flexibility, self-motivation and the ability to work in a team
