Software Engineer for Customer Experience (m/f/d)

Your tasks:
Analysis and automated evaluation of user interactions to improve the user experience
Further development and maintenance of applications for capturing and evaluating customer experiences according to modern software development standards
Step-by-step modernization of existing systems while adhering to predefined technologies and architectural principles
Responsibility for the continuous optimization of development and deployment processes (e.g., CI/CD, DevOps)

Your profile:
Completed studies in computer science or comparable qualification with a strong analytical background
Several years of experience in developing modern web applications with Angular and TypeScript
Sound knowledge in creating microservices with Java and Spring Boot as well as in handling relational and NoSQL databases
Practical experience using GitHub and GitHub Actions as well as experience with cloud platforms and automated deployments
Desirable:Experience in developing desktop applications based on .NET
Very good German skills and the ability to communicate technical content clearly and understandably
