QUALIFICATIONS

Core Responsibilities (2–3 unique to the role)

• Maintain and update Manufacturing BOMs (MBOMs) in PLM system (e.g. Windchill).
• Process engineering/manufacturing changes in PLM and ERP (e.g. Oracle) systems.
• Collect technical information via email and prepare summaries in Excel / PowerPoint.

Required Skills / Education / Experience (2–4)

• Enrolled student in engineering, manufacturing, mechatronics or similar technical degree program.
• Very good knowledge of Excel (formulas, tables, pivot) and PowerPoint.
• Careful, structured way of working with technical data and documents.
• Good written communication in English (German is a plus).

Nice-to-have (1–2)

• First experience with PLM (e.g. Windchill) or ERP systems.
• Basic understanding of BOMs or change management processes.
