You’ll break new ground by 

• You will assist in analyzing and documenting global product master data structures, standards, and processes to ensure consistency across the company
• Subsequently, you will contribute to the creation and maintenance of training materials, documentation, and SharePoint pages for internal stakeholders
• Additionally, you will support in preparing workshops, conducting stakeholder interviews, and organizing project meetings to facilitate effective communication and collaboration
• You will also participate in project tracking, reporting, and the development of presentations for decision-makers to provide insights into project progress
• Lastly, you will be involved in application testing for internal tools and systems to enhance operational efficiency

 

Your success is grounded in

• Education: You are currently successfully studying at a German university in a bachelor's or master's program in business administration, business informatics, data management, industrial engineering, or a related field
• Experience & Skills:
  • Demonstrated interest in data management, digital processes, and corporate systems
  • Proficient in using MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, as well as SharePoint
  • Experience in data- or process-related activities through internships or academic projects is advantageous
• Ways of working: Structured approach with high attention to detail and strong analytical thinking
• Languages: Fluent in both German and English
