• Supporting the legal supervision of software development projects through analysis and evaluation of legal requirements 

• Contributing to the preparation and review of contracts and the development of guidelines in IT legal contexts 

• Conducting research on current legal issues in software, AI, e-commerce, and digitalization 

• Preparing practical legal opinions and structured processing of results for various stakeholders 

• Collaborating on documentation and communication of legal requirements in an international environment 

 

Your success is grounded in 

• Education
  • You are enrolled in advanced studies in law, business law, or a comparable degree program, ideally in higher semesters or pursuing a doctorate 

• Experience & Skills 
• Profound interest or basic knowledge in IT-law, digital regulation, software, cloud, AI, and e-commerce  
• Proficient in MS Office 
• Strong digital affinity

• Excellent communication skills 

• Languages 
• Fluent English and German communication skills (both written and spoken)
