A Snapshot of Your Day
We are seeking a motivated Working Student for a 6-month fixed-term contract to support our Salesforce data management initiatives. This role focuses on ensuring the integrity and quality of Salesforce data through cleansing, migration, and maintenance tasks, while providing first-level support to Salesforce users. It is an excellent opportunity for a student to gain hands-on experience with Salesforce, data management, and business intelligence tools in a professional setting.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Data Cleansing: Identify and correct incomplete, inaccurate, or redundant data in Salesforce using tools like Data Loader or similar ETL tools. Perform data deduplication, standardization, and validation
- Data Migration: Assist in migrating data from various sources (e.g., Excel, databases) into Salesforce, ensuring alignment with Salesforce objects and fields
- Data Maintenance: Regularly monitor data quality, implement data governance policies, and enforce data entry standards
- Reporting & Analysis: Develop and maintain reports and dashboards in Salesforce and Power BI. Utilize Excel for data analysis (e.g., PivotTables, VLOOKUP) to support business decisions
- Enrollment as a student in a relevant field (e.g., Data Science, Computer Science, Business Informatics)
- Proficiency in Salesforce (data objects, workflows, user support)
- Strong skills in Microsoft 365 tools (Excel, Power BI, PowerShell/Power Automate)
- Experience with query languages (SOQL, SQL), ETL processes, and data integration
- Language skills: fluency in English and/or German (written and spoken)
- Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills; availability up to 20 hours per week
