Deine Aufgaben und Schwerpunkte
Als Sachbearbeiter/in koordinierst du interne Abläufe und unterstützt unser Team bei NEIER Transport + Logistik GmbH in der Disposition:
- Erfassung, Abwicklung und Kontrolle von nationalen und internationalen Transportaufträgen
- Monitoring der Aufträge in diversen kundenspezifischen Portalen
- Erstellung von Versanddokumenten
- Kommunikation mit Kunden, Partnern, Fahr- und Lagerpersonal und internen Abteilungen
- Vorbereitung der Aufträge für die Verrechnung
- Bearbeitung von Kundenreklamationen
Dein Profil
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise im Speditions- oder Logistikbereich
- Erste Berufserfahrung in der Transportlogistik oder Spedition von Vorteil
- Strukturierte und genaue Arbeitsweise
- Gute EDV-Kenntnisse (MS Office; idealerweise Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen)
- Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Teamgeist und Kundenorientierung
- Gute Englischkenntnisse
- Teamgeist und eine proaktive, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
