About the Role

We’re seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to help transform how technology supports human care. This is a high-ownership, high-impact role ideal for someone with 3+ years of experience in full-stack software engineering (Python, JavaScript) who enjoys working closely with operations and customer teams to identify problems, craft data-driven solutions, and own projects end-to-end.

Bonus points if you bring experience with HIPAA-compliant systems, AI/LLM-powered tools, front-end frameworks (React, TailwindCSS), DevOps & Monitoring (Datadog, Sentry) , or Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools.

What You’ll Do

• Dive deep into operations to uncover inefficiencies and translate complex challenges into actionable technical projects.

• Architect and develop tools and integrations that automate workflows and reduce manual tasks.

• Rapidly prototype and iterate based on direct user feedback.

• Leverage large datasets to inform designs, monitor solution effectiveness, and build dashboards that surface key metrics.

• Build and maintain secure, scalable integrations across multiple systems and APIs.

• Partner closely with non-technical teams and leadership to align engineering efforts with strategic goals.

• Share knowledge and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in full-stack software engineering.

• Proven ability to build and ship data-driven solutions in production.

• Experience building or maintaining internal tools or workflow automations in healthcare or other regulated environments.

• Excellent communication skills and comfort collaborating across functions.
