As part of a maternity leave replacement, we are looking for an 80% (part-time) Customer Service Representative to join our Swiss-German customer service team based in Nyon

• Strong verbal and telephone communication skills

• Energetic, independent, and sociable
• English is essential, French is a plus
• Good command of IT tools
• Knowledge of the construction sector is an advantage
• Excellent spelling and writing skills in both languages
