Tasks

• Lead and develop a global infrastructure team, including cloud solutions.
• Manage infrastructure projects and ensure compliance with standards.
• Develop strategies aligned with business goals and oversee budgets., * Leading and further developing a global team in the infrastructure area, including cloud solutions (Microsoft Azure, M365 Intune, etc.), networks, storage, data backup, and IT security measures (NIST 2)
• Leading and actively participating in infrastructure projects
• Developing and implementing infrastructure strategies aligned with business goals and growth plans
• Ensuring quality and compliance standards as well as supporting validation and audit processes
• Setting up and managing ITIL processes to ensure high availability, emergency readiness, and business continuity
• Developing and managing the infrastructure budget

• Completed vocational training in IT or Electronics, plus 10 years of experience.
• Deep expertise in Microsoft Cloud, virtualization, and cybersecurity.
• Strong communication skills and strategic thinking for effective interaction., * Completed vocational training in computer science or electronics
• Further education/specialization in computer science (FH/HF)
• At least 10 years of experience in infrastructure management, including at least 3 to 5 years in a leadership position
• Fluent English skills, both spoken and written
• In-depth professional experience in the Microsoft cloud environment, virtualization, networking, and cybersecurity
• Strong supplier management and negotiation skills
• Strategic thinker with a hands-on mentality
• Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization
