YOUR TASKS:
- Build and provide technical leadership for a new team
- Take responsibility for further developing our consulting portfolio in the areas of risk management, compliance, business continuity and adjacent security domains
- Independently manage customer projects and steer consulting engagements
- Take revenue and profit responsibility for your team and actively develop our customer base
- Strategically advise our customers on implementing regulatory requirements (e.g. NIS2, DORA, KRITIS, TSACS, NIST)
- Contribute to the preparation of proposals and tenders and support Sales in winning new customer projects
- Work closely with Technology Consulting, SOC/CDC and Management

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE ROLE:
- Degree in computer science, business informatics or a business-related field with a focus on information security
- Several years of professional experience in information security / cybersecurity consulting

In-depth knowledge in risk management, compliance, business continuity and ISMS
Experience in leading and building teams - Strong communication skills and confident appearance when dealing with customers at management and executive level
- Experience in regulated environments (e.g. NIS2, DORA, KRITIS, TSACS, NIST) is an advantage
- Certifications such as CISM, CISSP, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor, CISA or comparable qualifications are desirable
- C1 level German and B2 level English
