To support our team at a renowned customer in the field of defense technology, we are looking for a DevOp Engineer (m/f/d) in a permanent position at K-tronik as soon as possible. Does that sound interesting? Then we look forward to receiving your application!

Tasks:

• Design, development and maintenance of a software solution with customer-specific features
• Development, maintenance and optimization of automated build servers and CI/CD pipelines
• Administration, configuration and support of Linux systems
• Administration and maintenance of container technologies (e.g. Docker, Podman)
• Setting up and managing project networks
• Working closely with developers to optimize build and deployment processes
• Securing and hardening Linux servers according to best practices
• Use of modern technologies and tools such as Git, Atlassian tools, CMake, C++17/20, MQTT, etc.

Skills:

• Degree in computer science or comparable qualification (at least Bachelor)
• At least 4 years of professional experience in the IT sector
• Experience with CI/CD systems (e.g. Bamboo, Jenkins)
• Sound knowledge of Linux administration (preferably Arch Linux or derivatives)
• Confident handling of MS Office
• Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g. Bash, Python) for automation
• Experience with container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, Podman)
• Good understanding of network concepts, security and system hardening
• Business fluent in German and English

Another plus is:

• Experience with monitoring and logging tools
