Job description
- You will be responsible for the technical and disciplinary management of your quality assurance team of five employees
- With great organisational talent, you will control and monitor the quality assurance measures in incoming goods, in-house production and outgoing goods
- You carry out quality controls and ensure compliance with product standards
- You systematically identify and document deviations and errors
- You are responsible for creating and providing internal and customer-specific quality assurance reports, such as VDA 6.2 or IMDS
- You are actively involved in the maintenance and further development of the quality management system
- You support the specialist departments with quality-relevant topics and in advance quality planning
- You are responsible for the management of measuring equipment and its reliable organisation
Requirements
- With completed technical vocational training and qualified further training as a technician (m/f/d), (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification, you have the ideal basis for this position
- you have sound knowledge and several years of practical experience in quality management
- you use your expertise in programming measuring machines and dealing with shape and position tolerances in a targeted manner
- you are familiar with the requirements of DIN EN ISO 9001 from practical experience and you have experience in implementing them
- you are confident in using Q tools such as 5S, Six Sigma or statistical methods - relevant experience is an advantage
- Management experience in a team is desirable and supports you in your role
- You use testing and measuring equipment reliably and safely
- You are experienced in using MS Office products
- You are flexible and willing to work in a two-shift model
- Your knowledge of English is advantageous, which you can use if necessary
- You are characterised by a structured and goal-oriented way of working as well as a high level of initiative and assertiveness
