Assistant Demand & Supply Planning Manager TR Asia
Role Purpose / Mission:
To facilitate and drive performance improvements to the TR Asia Demand & Supply Planning Operations that will positively impact business performance. This is done by delivering operational excellence to key stakeholders, challenging the status quo and working with a mindset of continuous improvement to achieve business results.
Main Accountabilities:
1. Demand Forecasting
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and controlling to gather inputs and adjust forecast
- Develop and maintain accurate demand forecast based on sales data, market trends, and financial targets
- Identify Risks & Opportunities, develop mitigation strategies and implement contingency plans to ensure business continuity
- Utilize statistical and analytical tools to improve forecast accuracy with data-driven insights
2. Supply & Inventory Management
- Monitor inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels with best forecast estimates
- Implement strategies to minimize excess inventory and prevent stockouts
- Coordinate with Global Supply Chain to manage inventory replenishments and secure sales for business
- Identify and resolve supply chain issues that impact service level
3. Process Improvement & Data Analysis
- Continuously evaluate and improve demand and supply planning processes
- Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvements
- Generate regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and present findings to management
Main Objectives:

- Data-Driven Strategic Decisions
Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or related disciplines
At least 5 years of experience with data analysis and Demand and Supply Planning preferably gained in Travel Retail.
High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, and experience with SAP has an advantage
Detail oriented, proactive and able to work independently
Strong interpersonal skills, team player with adaptive and flexible attitude
Commendable English skills, both written and verbal
