We are looking for qualified health and nursing staff with special training in "operating room nursing" for our central operating room. Our operating room nursing team currently comprises 22 employees (full-time equivalents). Operations in the fields of surgery, gynecology and ophthalmology are carried out in the 3 state-of-the-art operating rooms. In addition to thyroid and parathyroid surgery, the spectrum of surgery includes all general surgical procedures such as operations for tumors of the digestive tract, hernia operations, cholecystectomies, etc.).

In the field of gynecology, the focus is on the surgical treatment of prolapse and incontinence problems, endometriosis and myomas. In eye surgery, minimally invasive surgical techniques are mainly used for cataract and glaucoma operations.

An application is also possible for the professional group of surgical technical assistant.

Your challenge:
* Preparation, participation/instrumentation and aftercare for all surgical interventions in the fields of surgery, gynecology, ophthalmology
* Participation in the planning and organization of the surgical operation
* Implementation of electronic surgical documentation
* Interdisciplinary cooperation
* Ensuring an optimal quality and patient-oriented surgical procedure

Your qualifications:
* Completed training as a senior health and nursing assistant or as a surgical technical assistant
* Completed special training in "surgical nursing" required for qualified health and nursing staff
* High sense of responsibility and personal commitment
* Commitment, good communication skills and team spirit

Your employment is planned to be 100% full-time. The gross annual salary is, with appropriate qualifications, at least € 59,300 (B2/10) on a full-time basis or, with special training for the operating room area and 5 years of professional experience, at least € 61,727 (B2/11) on a full-time basis. Relevant previous service will be taken into account.
