Specialist (m/f/d) Inventory and Logistics Processes (m/w/d)
This is how you WOW:
As part of our Warehouse Operations department, you'll be responsible for the meticulous planning and coordination of our annual inventory, working closely with internal departments and external logistics partners.
You'll leverage your expertise to regularly review our warehousing processes at both national and international sites. Through targeted site visits and inventory controls, you'll identify areas for optimization and proactively develop improvement proposals to boost efficiency.
You'll have a firm grip on the entire inventory process, from staff instruction to conducting quality assurance audits and final approvals, consistently ensuring accurate and reliable inventory counts.
Through in-depth evaluations and analyses of key performance indicators, you'll not only identify potential improvements but also derive concrete measures to continuously enhance and optimize our operations.
Independently resolving complex inventory discrepancies and executing necessary stock corrections will also be part of your daily routine, as will providing expert guidance to our departments on all inventory-related matters.
It would be WOW if you would bring this in:
A successfully completed university degree in e.g. Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, or similar. Alternatively a commercial training as a specialist or business economist with focus on freight forwarding and logistics services, wholesale and foreign trade management etc.
Relevant professional experience in a similar position, ideally within an international manufacturing environment.
Proficiency in the use of Microsoft and Google applications - we work with Google Workspace - as well as good knowledge of SAP R/3.
Business fluency in German and English combined with strong communication skills.
Willingness for occasional domestic and international travel (approx. 5-10 days per year)
You are a genuine team player with strong organizational and analytical skills, who enjoys thinking outside of the box and driving new ideas.
