Task and responsibilities:

As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will play a key role in developing and improving manufacturing processes for jet engine components. You will work closely with Engineering, Quality, and Production to ensure our manufacturing operations are efficient, safe, and meet the highest quality standards:

• Develop and improve manufacturing processes and methods
• Provide technical support to daily operations
• Analyze production data to identify and eliminate issues
• Plan schedules, resources, and workflows for new manufacturing activities
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards
• Collaborate with internal departments (e.g. Design, Quality, Purchasing)
• Support suppliers with technical matters

Knowledge:

• Degree in Engineering (e.g. Mechanical, Aerospace, or similar)
• Initial work experience in manufacturing engineering or process optimization, ideally in aerospace or a similar industry
• Solid understanding of manufacturing processes and production systems
• Good English skills (spoken and written)
• Structured, solution-oriented and collaborative work style
