• You will analyze our current accounting setup and help build a structured and efficient internal financial accounting system.
• You will coordinate the introduction of digital accounting processes together with tax advisors and IT service providers.
• You will actively contribute to the implementation of automated payment workflows and a legally compliant digital archiving structure.
• You will be responsible for the account assignment and posting of all current business transactions for several companies in the castus Group.
• You will prepare advance VAT returns and ZM reports on time.
• You will assist in the preparation of monthly and financial statements in cooperation with tax advisors and trustees.
• You will generate evaluations such as business analyses, liquidity overviews and open item lists, which serve as a basis for decision-making.
• You will act as a reliable internal and external point of contact for all accounting-related matters.
  

• You have completed commercial training, ideally with further qualification in financial accounting, or a comparable background.
• You have solid experience in financial accounting, ideally within a medium-sized or fast-growing company.
• You are confident in DATEV and ideally have experience working with ERP systems – knowledge of SelectLine is an advantage.
• You are tech-savvy and enthusiastic about shaping and implementing digital finance processes.
• You are organized, self-driven, and able to maintain clarity even in complex situations.
• You communicate clearly and professionally – with colleagues, tax advisors, and external partners alike.
