• You develop, implement and monitor quality management systems in accordance with pharmaceutical requirements and relevant standards (e.g. DIN ISO 9001, 14001, GMP).
• You manage and coordinate projects within internal quality assurance, including prototype development, validations, internal studies, as well as test planning and analysis.
• You plan and conduct internal and external audits and coordinate certifications and document control activities.
• You independently process and manage customer complaints.
• You provide internal guidance on quality requirements and ensure compliance with all specifications for special equipment in the pharmaceutical industry.
• You prepare inspection plans and checklists, perform root cause analyses and initiate appropriate corrective actions.
• You support IQ / OQ / PQ activities.
• You train employees and raise awareness for internal and external quality standards.

• You have a completed qualification or degree in mechanical engineering or a comparable field, and several years of professional experience in quality management or quality assurance.
• Ideally, you already have experience with regulatory requirements in pharmaceutical equipment manufacturing, including GMP, cleanroom and containment requirements.
• Experience with primary packaging materials is a plus.
• You communicate confidently in German and English with our international clients.
• You work in a process-oriented, goal-driven and team-focused manner, with a quick grasp of complex topics and strong initiative.
