Job Description
Are you eager to learn more about technology and want to contribute to the next generation of service offerings? We offer you a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience as a working student (part-time, 6-12 months) in our Service Development team.
In this role, you will get involved in high-impact project management, service productization, tool development, and cross-functional collaboration. Possible locations are Graasten in Denmark, Offenbach in Germany, or Guntramsdorf in Austria.
Job Responsibilities
You will play a key role in developing and managing a service concept that addresses the long-term needs of our large installed base of air- and liquid-cooled inverters. Within this service concept, we would like to offer customers two core service options during the lifecycle of larger inverter modules: overhauling to extend the lifetime or complete retrofit (replacement with new modules)
You will support the Service Product Managers in creating new products and maintaining existing service products. This includes
- General project management
- Creating quotation tools (Excel or Power BI) to facilitate the quotation process for the Sales team
- Crunching data with support of AI-agents and -models to discover new business opportunities
- Supporting in increasing efficiency of our processes
In this role, you will dive into real-world service development, sharpen your commercial thinking, develop industry understanding and build cross-functional collaboration skills in a global business environment.
Background & Skills
- Enrolled in study program in electrical / industrial /electromechanical / mechatronics engineering, marine technology, or related fields
- Electrical understanding paired with motivation to develop the aftermarket service
- Interest in managing projects and developing new service products
- Solid skills in collecting, analyzing, and transforming data into practical decision-making tools
- Structured and self-driven work style with attention to detail and quality
- Solid communication skills for effective cross-functional collaboration
- Fluent English language skills, knowledge of the local language is a plus
