Replacement of an employee after contract cancellation

• Develops innovative and sustainable packaging for the tesa industry range in close collaboration with marketing, production and logistics (average no. of active projects: 10)
• Responsible for the entire packaging development of BU Electronics & Structural Bonding
• It includes projects for packaging design, packaging optimization, cost & complexity reduction
• Fulfilling customer requests for packaging solutions, e.g. Ningbo
• Packaging transformation to sustainable packaging is a core initiative within tesa 's sustainability strategy
• Ensures fulfilment of legal requirements in packaging such as European Directive of Packaging and Waste and specific country packaging regulations & taxes
• Technical support, ensuring the machinability of the packaging material and the qualification of the suppliers
• Responsible for approx.600 packaging materials (PO)

• Degree in Packaging Engineering
• At least 5 years of professional experience in the field of packaging technology
• Experienced knowledge about characteristics of packaging technologies, materials and packing processes
• Strong knowledge of packaging types made by fibers or plastics
• Independent working style, commitment, ability to work in a team and adherence to deadlines
• Experienced in project management, analytical skills, team spirit
• Good ability to express yourself verbally and in writing, in German and English
