Job Description
Are you looking for a diverse challenge in a dynamic retail company? Then you've come to the right place! We are looking for an IT System Administrator (m/f/d) to work as an Application Manager and Mac Administrator in our Marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for automating and optimizing our system landscape using state-of-the-art DevOps practices, while also supporting our Mac-based workstations. You will also be responsible for maintaining and further developing Enfocus Switch, which is essential for automating our marketing workflows. These tasks await you
- You install, configure, and maintain the hardware of servers and network infrastructure, with a focus on MacOS.
- You support your team in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- You implement customer requirements in the area of media production processes.
- Your tasks include the further development and optimization of workflows in the area of media creation processes.
- You will be responsible for the management, planning and implementation of projects, such as creating future-oriented IT concepts.
- Your responsibilities include the design and management of license services.
- You are responsible for ensuring IT security, patch management, and maintenance.
- You will provide first- and second-level support.
- Creating and implementing scripts in various programming languages (Shell/Python or Java scripts) is another part of your varied tasks.
Your skills
- You have good knowledge of the installation, configuration and administration of macOS operating systems.
- Basic knowledge of data management and structuring will make it easier for you to get started.
- You have a strong affinity for online technology and enjoy modern information technology.
- You should have good knowledge of programming languages (Python, Javascript) and interfaces (REST API) for process automation.
- You can fully utilize your analytical skills with us.
- You work in a structured manner and enjoy contributing to a team.
