We are a fashion company headquartered in Oldenburg, Germany, with a strong presence across Europe. Our focus: growing our customer base, expanding market share, and shaping the future of fashion distribution in the digital age. To accelerate our international growth, we are looking for an International Growth Manager who is ready to make real impact – not just on paper, but in measurable results.

• identify, evaluate, and implement growth opportunities across European markets with a focus on new customer acquisition and sustainable retention
• Drive scaling strategies for digital sales channels, including app-based business models - Translate complex challenges into clear strategies and actionable agendas for the international leadership team
• Work closely with 5 Regional Managers, 2 Project Managers, and report directly to the Head of International as well as the Marketing Director
• Support end-to-end: from strategic preparation to execution, monitoring, and optimization of international projects
• Ensure growth goals are met in terms of new customers, revenue, and market share

• Proven track record in international market expansion and revenue scaling (preferably in fashion, lifestyle, or consumer goods)
• Strong background in digital growth strategies, ideally with experience in app-driven sales models
• Strategic thinker with a sharp analytical mindset – and the drive to see projects through to tangible business results
• Ability to communicate complex topics in a clear, structured, and inspiring way -
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and passionate about unlocking growth potential worth tens of millions
• Fluent in English (German is a plus, not a must)
