Deine Aufgaben

• Legal right to work in Switzerland without requiring employer-sponsored visa support
• Master’s degree in financial engineering, mathematics, computer science, data science, physics, energy engineering, finance, or a related field
• Graduate by the program start date (October 2026)
• Strong interest in the energy sector and motivation to continuously learn and grow
• International mindset with excellent communication skills, analytical thinking and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Resilience, ownership and a collaborative team spirit
• Empathetic, results-oriented and flexible in your approach
• Willingness to work in Olten or Lausanne (hybrid)
• Full professional proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus
