Using our electronic signature solutions, customers can conclude legally valid business transactions online at any time. Identity services like SwissID provide public authorities, insurance providers, banks and other online services with a certified identification process, enabling simple and efficient customer onboarding. SwissSign is a data security specialist by Swiss Post.
In this versatile and exciting position, you will provide comprehensive and competent support to the Head of Certificate Services in tackling the operational challenges of an internationally oriented trust service provider. With your expertise in Public Certificate Authority Services (TSP), strong customer orientation and technical proficiency, you will play a key role in further developing and positioning our certificate services in the market.

- Manage Certificate Authority and Lifecycle Management roadmaps, tracking customer needs and market trends.
- Drive the commercializing of new PKI certificate types (e.g., BIMI, VMC) through active participation in international standards bodies
- Translate standards into commercial opportunities by collaborating with partners, technology providers, and relying on parties to launch and scale new product categories in the market
- Provide recommendations to redefine and optimize business models to mitigate risks from industry-wide PKI distrust events, ensuring continuity and trust for customers
- Monitor competitors and pricing to stay informed
- Collaborate with sales to support key clients, train sales team for improved performance
- Develop proposals for faster market entry, drive growth within TSP
- Support marketing activities & Assist direct and indirect sales efforts
Das bringst du mit
- University degree in computer science, business informatics, engineering, business administration or a related field (Master's or Bachelor's); additional certifications in PKI, IT security or product management are an advantage
- At least 10 years in a comparable position at a trusted certificate or trust service provider (TSP) with a focus on Public Certificate Authority Services
- Deep knowledge of PKI technologies, lifecycle management and international certification standards (e.g. BIMI, VMC); ability to translate complex technical topics into viable business models
- Excellent English skills (minimum level C1); German or additional languages an advantage; strong presentation and facilitation abilities
