As a consultant in the area of SAP Variant Configuration (AVC)/variant management , you will help our customers to efficiently model complex products and business processes and make them future-proof. You will work with state-of-the-art SAP technologies (S/4HANA/AVC) and actively contribute your ideas to exciting digitization projects.

Your tasks:

• Advising and supporting our customers throughout all project phases
• Designing and modeling variant-rich products and configuration processes
• Applying and further developing SAP S/4HANA functionalities
• Analyzing business models and deriving technical and business requirements
• Supporting process optimization and system development
• Conducting workshops and training courses
• Managing projects or sub-projects
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams and customers

What you bring to the table:

• Several years of experience in SAP consulting, ideally in variant configuration (LO-VC/AVC)
• In-depth expertise in modeling variant-rich products
• Very good knowledge of SAP ERP and the ABAP programming language
• Fluent German and good English skills
• Willingness to travel, flexibility, and enthusiasm for digitalization
• Strong communication skills, initiative, and a hands-on mentality
