As a Senior Consultant Microsoft Dynamics 365 (m/f/x) - Energy & Utilities , you will be part of our growing Microsoft team and advise customers from the energy and utilities industry on the professional and technological digitisation of their business processes. Your focus will be on the analysis, design and optimisation of sales, marketing, service and reporting processes. You will use the latest Microsoft platform technologies - in particular Dynamics 365 - and integrate intelligent solutions such as artificial intelligence and virtual agent s to sustainably increase efficiency, process quality and customer satisfaction. You connect the Microsoft platform with existing system landscapes to ensure seamless and efficient processing. Your expertise in the usage of Microsoft applications, Power Platform and Modern Work enables you to implement diverse and innovative approaches with standardised project methodologies in professional project teams.

Your profile:

• Several years of experience and sound knowledge in consulting CRM solutions - ideally with Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Basic understanding of Microsoft technology (.NET (C#), HTML5, SQL, Ja-vascript)
• Industry experience in the energy sector is an advantage
• Confident knowledge of German and English
• Results-oriented way of working and strong organisational skills
• High level of commitment, ability to work in a team and a confident, professional demeanour
• Willingness to travel moderately at home and abroad
• Analytical skills and a willingness to think outside the box and develop innovative solutions
