Job description
- You promote and support people with physical, mental or psychological disabilities and accompany them through individualised measures to strengthen their independence and enable them to lead as independent a life as possible in everyday life
- In addition, you prepare educational and care measures and actively participate in leisure and daily activities; You take into account the type and degree of disability

Requirements
