Growing and profitable since 2002, we are today 80 colleagues working together across 3 production sites in Germany and 2 studios in Asia.

Jeffrey, our Commercial Director, is looking for strong talent to join our motivated and successful Sales Team.

We have many opportunities to develop, offer an excellent product and maintain outstanding reputation with brands, contract manufacturers and printers.

Tasks

• develop trustworthy partnerships with both new and existing customers
• develop strategies and execute plans which directly impact the company
• new customer acquisition and management of existing accounts
• represent oneflexo within our valuable network in FMCG packaging
• cooperation with teams in Aachen, Osnabrück, Ulm and Asia

Requirements

• crucial will be your ability to make complex ideas clear and simple to follow
• an optimistic personality which fits our bright and motivated team
• prior success in Sales, Business Development and / or Account Management
• excellent abilities in English
• Dutch or French language abilities big plus ... because we wish to connect with our customers in their native language
• currently located in or near to Osnabrück
• readiness to travel regionally and regularly, developing Sales in Holland and northern Germany
• completed University degree or professional qualification
• background in packaging design or artwork production not nececcary
• experience with prepress, printing, color management or packaging production advantageous but not necessary ... we provide comprehensive training and on-going support
