  What are the recruitment stages? ​

• Once your CV has been selected, you will be contacted by a recruiter for an initial phone exchange. ​

• You will be invited for a first interview with the hiring manager & the recruiter.

• You'll get the chance to showcase your skills by preparing and presenting a use case to the Hiring Manager and the HRBP Local.​

• The last step will be then organized with the Head of Department and the Early Careers team.​

Please note that to be eligible for the V.I.E., you must comply with the following criteria , in case of doubt check the B usiness France website :

• You must be a citizen of one of the Member States of the European Economic Area

• You must not be a citizen of the host country (in this case Germany), unless you hold a dual citizenship with another Member State of the European Economic Area.

• You must be between 18 and 28 years of age at the time of your application

• You must not have done a V.I.E. in the past
