Job description
- You will be responsible for preparing the execution and will independently take care of the construction site equipment
- Your task is to
- Drawing up tenders for subcontractor services, taking into account the economic and technical objectives, and helping to organise the contract award negotiations
- Supervising the entire scope of work preparation from the bidding phase to successful acceptance
- Your responsibilities include planning the project schedule and developing a detailed schedule for the creation of demanding construction projects
- Working closely with the project and site managers and coordinating regularly
Requirements
- You have successfully completed a degree in construction or architecture or a comparable technical education
- In addition, you ideally have several years of professional experience in the field of scheduling / work preparation / tendering and / or construction management
- You have very good MS Office skills as well as experience in using scheduling software and drawing programmes and, if necessary, experience in dealing with billing and calculation software
