Why you should join

As the Manager of Global Channel and Field Marketing for TE Connectivity’s Energy Business Unit, you will lead the global channel marketing strategy and field marketing initiatives. Managing a team of four, you’ll drive engagement with key distribution partners, enhance partner programs, launch omnichannel marketing campaigns, and deliver impactful events and branding projects to strengthen our position in the Energy market.

This is a high-impact role for a versatile marketing leader who thrives on collaboration, creativity, and measurable results. You’ll work closely with Distribution partners and cross-functional teams to activate bold growth strategies and help power the future of energy. Reporting to the Senior Director of Global Integrated Marketing, you’ll influence both strategy and execution.

Your main responsibilities

  • Lead and develop the global channel and field marketing team, aligning plans with business objectives.

  • Enhance the global Distribution Marketing framework, tools, communications, and partner programs.

  • Execute omnichannel campaigns through distribution partners representing ~60% of business revenue.

  • Manage coop-funded initiatives and strengthen relationships with top-tier distributors and sales teams.

  • Oversee global trade shows and events, ensuring brand consistency and impactful engagement.

  • Ensure branding compliance across facilities and distributor touchpoints worldwide.

  • Drive cross-functional collaboration to deliver an aligned go-to-market approach.

  • Use data-driven insights to measure, optimize, and improve campaign effectiveness.

  • Manage agencies, vendors, and budgets to deliver high-quality, brand-aligned work.

  • Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.

  • Support additional marketing projects as needed.

  • 10–25% travel required.

Your ideal background

  • 6+ years in international B2B or technology marketing, with expertise in distribution and event marketing.

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field.

  • Proven leadership of global teams and strategic direction setting.

  • Strong ability to influence in a matrixed environment.

  • Experience in omni-channel campaigns (digital, print, social, events).

  • Skilled in project management, data analysis, and campaign optimization

  • Proficient in Salesforce, AEM, Eloqua; Adobe Creative Suite a plus.

  • Fluent in English; additional languages a plus.

  • Excellent written, verbal, and digital communication skills
