WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
  • Bridge HQ policies and regional strategy implementation
  • Execute strategic set‑up transactions aligned with mid‑term plans between Japan and Europe
  • Support the energy business unit with reporting and presentations for our Japanese HQ
  • Contribute to sales digital transformation (DX) and global ISP linkage projects across Panasonic factories
  • Track industry trends and support strategic decision-making
  • Facilitate smooth coordination between Japan and Europe on strategic initiatives
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
  • Academic degree in Economics, Business or similar qualification
  • +5 years of relevant work experience
  • Strong planning and presentation skills
  • Knowledge of marketing and strategy frameworks
  • Experience with business planning processes
  • Broad understanding of energy products and markets
  • Solid IT skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Generative AI tools)
  • Fluent in Japanese and English
