Mission Brief

Support our Talent Attraction team ( Aude and Stephanie ) in attracting and engaging top talent through innovative sourcing, employer branding, and recruitment initiatives.
This is a 20-hour-per-week opportunity based at our headquarters in Ottobrunn, where you’ll play a vital role in growing our dynamic team.

Your Role in Our Space Mission :

• Proactively source and screen candidates via LinkedIn and other channels.
• Assist in creating and publishing job postings across various platforms.
• Support in scheduling interviews and maintaining communication with candidates.
• Help organize and participate in employer branding initiatives and career events.
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure data accuracy.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes.
• Conduct market research to identify talent trends and innovative sourcing strategies.
• Support additional HR and Talent projects as needed.

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program, ideally in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Passionate about recruitment and employer branding.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• High attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Eager to learn, proactive, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with MS Office and social media platforms (especially LinkedIn); familiarity with ATS is a plus.
• Fluent English and German skills.
