Job description
- You will be responsible for the preparation, analysis and preparation of monthly and annual financial statements in accordance with applicable standards
- You will be responsible for carrying out target/actual comparisons, including variance analyses and the preparation of ad hoc evaluations
- You will support annual planning and ongoing forecast processes
- Account assignment,
- You will also be responsible for the further development and optimisation of reporting structures, processes and tools
- Initiating, supporting and implementing digitalisation and efficiency measures in the area of finance will round off your job profile
Requirements
- You have completed commercial training, e.g. as an office management assistant (m/f/d) or a degree in finance, controlling, business administration or similar
- You have a sound knowledge of accounting in accordance with the German Commercial Code (HGB) and a good understanding of balance sheets and income statements
- You have very good MS Office skills, especially in Excel and PowerPoint; Experience with MS Power BI is an advantage for you
- You have a good command of written and spoken German and English as well as a valid work permit
- You are characterised by your independent, structured and reliable way of working and your strong affinity for numbers
- You are highly motivated and willing to create transparency in the course of business and actively help shape financial processes
- You are a team player and enjoy working together
