We are looking for a Software Architect Agentic AI Solutions (f/m/d) for a permanent position in Paderborn

Your task

• As a software architect for Agentic AI Solutions at our Paderborn location, you will be responsible for translating customer and use case requirements into architectures for implementing AI applications – both in the cloud and on-premises.
• Conception of architectures and solution approaches for the realization of Agentic AI solutions.
• Supporting development teams in implementation and execution.
• Selection and evaluation of technologies, frameworks and platforms in the field of Agentic AI.
• Support in project acquisition and tender preparation.
• Definition of best practices and architecture guidelines for AI agent solutions.

Your profile

• Several years of experience as a software architect or solution architect with a focus on AI.
• In-depth knowledge of the architecture and implementation of agentic AI solutions (e.g., LLM orchestration, multi-agent systems).
• Expertise in cloud architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Understanding of security, compliance and data governance in the AI ​​context.
• Analytical and strategic thinking with a high degree of innovation.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills to convey complex concepts in an understandable way.
• Very good knowledge of Python or comparable programming languages.
• Completed studies in computer science, mathematics, data science or comparable qualification.
• Industry experience in banking and financial services.
• Very good knowledge of German and English.
