Maintenance Technician in Bleiswijk at WITRON Work in a 5-shift system with high-tech systems. Salary up to €3200 + 34% shift allowance

• Starting salary between €2,650 and €3,200 gross per month (based on 35 hours), depending on experience.

• 34% shift allowance on top of your base salary, 5-shift schedule.

• Salary growth potential up to €4,000 excl. shift allowance.

• Travel allowance up to 100 km per day.

• As a Maintenance Technician, you’ll work in a high-tech environment with advanced systems such as conveyors, pick robots, depalletizers, electric motors, and automated cranes.

• Performing maintenance and inspections according to established protocols.

• Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues independently or in a team.

• Analyzing data, implementing adjustments, and contributing to system improvements.

• Working with both electrical and mechanical systems in a dynamic 5-shift schedule.

• MBO level 3 or 4 diploma in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering (or in the final phase).

• At least 1 year of experience in a technical role.

• Analytical and solution-oriented mindset.

• Safety-conscious and comfortable working at heights.

• In possession of a valid driver’s license and own transport.
