Your profile
- a completed commercial training (e.g. office communication specialist), ideally with Work experience
- safe handling of MS Office (especially Outlook, Word, Excel)
- quality German and English skills, both written and spoken
- Knowledge of Time management wünschenswert
- experience with SAP R/3 advantageous
Your tasks
- Team Assistance of Startups Labor Schwedt the management incl. Appointment management and Travel Arrangements
- direct Contact person and Interface for internal and external Communication
- Responsibility for the Time Management
- Care and Surveillance of Time accounts incl. adjustment postings and Performance-related pay periods
- close Collaboration familiar with the Managing directors in all organizational matters
