Deine Aufgaben:

• Während Deines Praktikums arbeitest Du in einer agilen Matrixorganisation und erhältst so einen umfassenden Einblick in Finance und die Pharma Branche

• Du unterstützt unser Team bei der Gestaltung der Transformation und übernimmst eigenständig einzelne Arbeitspakete im Bereich Monatsabschluss und Budgetplanung

• Mit einem Fokus auf Daten und Reports stellst Du eine einfache und klar strukturierte Verfügbarkeit der relevanten Daten sicher und trägst selbständig und ergebnisorientiert zur ständigen Verbesserung bei

• Darüber hinaus unterstützt Du im Management Reporting sowie in der Erstellung interner Schulungs- und Konzeptunterlagen

Für diese Position passt Du am besten mit folgender Qualifikation zu uns:

• Ausbildung: Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftsinformatik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Betriebswirtschaft oder vergleichbare Studiengängen

• Begeisterung: Du hast eine hohe Affinität zur Datenaufbereitung, Strukturierung und Analyse

• Mindset: "Take life as a chance"; Du möchtest Dich ständig weiterentwickeln und hast Freude daran, Neues zu lernen, in neue Themen einzutauchen und nehmen Herausforderungen gerne an

Diagnostics Operations Penzberg (DOZ) is the second largest production site within Roche Global Operations and raw material supplier for the entire Diagnostics Division. As a leading manufacturer of biological and chemical feedstocks, DOZ is an important hub in the global Roche network.

The team "Finance Diagnostics Operations Penzberg" supports the production units in business processes and issues and represents the interface to the management of Global Operations. Our goal is to ensure the quality and timeliness of processes in a complex organization with the aim of continuously optimizing them.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

• During your internship you will work in an agile matrix organization and gain a comprehensive insight into finance and the pharmaceutical industry

• You will support our team in shaping the transformation and independently take on individual work packages in the area of month-end closing and budget planning

• With a focus on data and reports, you ensure simple and clearly structured availability of the relevant data and contribute independently and in a results-oriented manner to continuous improvement

• In addition, you will provide support in management reporting and in the creation of internal training and concept documents

You are best suited to this position if you have the following qualifications:

• Education: a degree in business informatics, industrial engineering, business administration or a comparable course of study

• Languages: very good German and English
