Your challenge:

• Conception and development of groundbreaking data science products
• Interdisciplinary collaboration with neighboring Analytics & Reporting (BI) and Data Engineering teams as well as specialist departments from across the company
• Analysis, development and management of potential AI projects to increase the efficiency and quality of business processes
• Use of a wide range of methods – from simple statistical models to deep learning algorithms and generative AI models
• Independent consulting of specialist departments regarding the use of AI-based solutions, including the visualization and presentation of results to stakeholders
• Identification of innovative use cases through continuous research into new technologies, trends and tools in the field of artificial intelligence

Your profile:

• Completed studies in data science, statistics, (business) mathematics, (business) informatics or a comparable vocational training with relevant professional experience
• Several years of experience in complex and agile data science projects as well as familiarity with the transfer of data science products into operational use are an advantage
• Solid knowledge of programming machine/deep learning algorithms using common Python frameworks (e.g. PyTorch, TensorFlow/Keras, scikit-learn)
• Practical experience with technologies in the areas of Generative AI, Computer Vision and Natural Language Processing (NLP)
• Strong analytical thinking skills, strong communication skills and the ability to communicate complex issues in an understandable manner
• Fluent written and spoken German (at least C1)
