To strengthen our team in Pforzheim, we are looking for a Team Lead Quality Management (m/f/d).

Your Responsibilities
• Review and implement normative and regulatory requirements (ISO 13485, 21 CFR Part 820)
• Review and implement customer-specific quality requirements
• Support Management Reviews and coordinate internal and external complaints, including the CAPA process
• Prepare complaint and CAPA reports
• Monitor action plans and assess their effectiveness
• Lead weekly quality meetings
• Coordinate the audit program (1st, 2nd & 3rd party audits)
• Plan, conduct, and support system, process, and product audits
• Create, review, and train QM documentation (e.g., process descriptions, work instructions) in cooperation with department heads
• Evaluate and further develop the qualifications of assigned personnel (qualification matrix)
• Resolve internal and external quality issues

Your Profile
• Completed degree in business or engineering, or completed vocational training with further qualification as Technician, or Business Administrator
• At least 3 years of professional experience in Quality Management / Quality Assurance
• Solid knowledge of statistical methods
• Good written and spoken English skills
• Knowledge of social management and leadership skills
• Systemic thinking and a structured working style, combined with strong assertiveness and team orientation
